Even the most casual of fans would have at least heard the name.

I was amazed and watching him drift Subaru's and some of the stunts he could do in a car, and my heart was in my mouth a few years ago watching him drift up pikes peak.

As with most things in life the odds will eventually catch up. he died yesterday after a snowmobile accident.

So sad. I'm sure others will post links but thought i would mention it for those who didn't hear.

Died doing what he loved... still very sad. Left behind wife and 3 kids.. the oldest who was just building her motorsports career.

A big fan of his (as well as Travis Pastrana, very much his protégé).

He did a lot for the broader sport, and also was a very engaging personality and a real family man.

Very sad. Came home from work and re watched Gymkhana 7 with the 4 wheel drive Mustang driving in LA.
