I have this T-design mount. It's rather expensive for what it is but works very well

T-design also has a clamp style one if you prefer that to magnetic. I've ordered one but don't have it yet.

 

I made my own. Slides into same cavity as the t-design, I need to clean it up a bit.

 

I am happy with Proclip, even though you have to order the mount and device holder seperately. Their solutions are specific to your vehicle and you have choices for left or right side of the gear shift, or an above dash mount. It is probably the most expensive solution out there.
