I have no experience with PCO but I do think that there is a shortage of staff everywhere. Just about every service I need is delayed. I am lucky not to need a passport for instance.
I think the question is whether PCO had declined more than everyone else rather than absolutely.

Good point, for sure. I’ve dealt with Acura and Audi recently and didn’t notice any difference in service. In fact, Acura is very difficult to beat even before the pandemic.

I've had positive experiences there since day one - since they opened. When they make the occasional mistake - as we all do - they are quick to correct it.

I’ve been there since 2014. 10 days since I told them of the issue and still no response. I just received my Porsche Canada survey and will fill it out accordingly.

Every business owner wants and needs to hear the negative. You should reach out to Mike or Domenica. I’m sure they’d be happy for the chance to make it right.

Had a really bad experience as well with my GTS. Dusko has been good to me... that young girl though...dont get me started.. Some people just dont care...and you pay through your nose...
Love the parts guy though. Super personable, engaging, will always go the extra mile to help and find what you need... he is a great asset. If he could be cloned their service would b incredible.

Declined big time. Most of my issues on the sales side but would not spend another dime there. Too many dealerships in the area and the service too expensive to get subpar treatment.

I spent a fair bit with their service department until 2020. They were great. They had issues during the pandemic and personnel changes in the shop and service department. I've only had a few appointments with them since Jan 2020, no real service issues. I bought the Porsche roadside through them, I actually needed it, but they failed to register my purchase. So had to sort that out with them while waiting for a tow. I guess that's a simple admin mistake. Now I just do CAA.

I used PCO for classic once, related to the above mentioned tow. Spent some money and didn't resolve the issue, came right back. They lost their classic techs and had a new guy working on it, with classic you need experience and the manual. No idea if it's improved in the last 12 months.

I have used Pfaff for classic and new cars. They have some experienced classic techs. Experiences have been great on new and classic. I am going back despite it being out of the way. Wish they provided a loaner for classic rate but they don't because the classic rate is lower than regular.

*Just adding I primarily go to Hunter for classic. But use Pfaff sometimes as their head classic tech has been super helpful on a number of things, so I want to give him some business too.

we’ve had a good experience with Oakville Audi recently, so I’m considering an RS5 as my next daily. I still have 3 years of warranty on my Macan S and I have had 2 and they have been my favourite daily drivers. Hoping another dealer will restore my faith.
I have over 7 yr experience with Oakville Audi service on an A4 and an S5....

Absolutely first rate and always responsive!

Never have been able to buy a car there, sales department non existant!!

Cheers!

Closing the loop here. I escalated the issue to their customer experience lead, Dunja. She apologized and offered a free detail whenever I would like it. I thought that was fair.

I can't believe it, but Porsche Centre Oakville service screwed up again - for the 3rd time in a row that I have used them! The first time the jockey pulls the car up and I jump in and notice the CEL on. I go back inside and tell them, so they take the car back into service. 30 minutes later they return and say that they forgot to put a vacuum line back on after servicing the car. Next visit is for warranty work on cracked trim pieces described originally in this post where they chipped my paint. Today, my daughter took it in for me for an oil change and tire swap. 15 minutes after she leaves I get all call telling me that the tech forgot to put the engine cover back on and asking if we could bring the car back. WTF? That's it, I'm done with PCO - I'm not even going to trust them to do the free detail that they offered after their last screw up. I love my vehicle, but I simply can't support a business that can't get even the simplest of things right! My time isn't free and I hate paying people to waste my time. Rant over...
