Any experience with meeting the RIV DRL requirements?.. this is for a 991.1 GT3 US car. The light **** on the dash has an “off” setting (which is DRL light only), then an “auto” setting (which is full head and tail lights that come on automatically when it senses ambient dusk/dark but otherwise no lights are on), and then the usual “On” setting. Cdn DRL requirements are met by the “Off” setting except that RIV/TC requirements are that DRL cannot be turned off, which means the “Auto” setting needs to be blocked or recoded or ??

Might be, to be clear, dealer is researching as well… just thought someone might have had the direct experience and a silver bullet.

Follow-on update: DRL got programmed in to be operative under “auto” as well as pre-existing “off” modes. Not via PCM screens, rather recoding by dealer tech.
