It's worth the drive to London if you want to look outside the GTA. Christina Mandri is excellent and she's exceptionally well versed if you want to do PTS as well!!
I would avoid Pfaff at all costs.
Purchased my last car there, had an issue and they basically told me to F off.
PCNT is a factory store, so I am guessing that might add some stability. I buy parts there and they are far more pleasant to deal with than Pfaff.
Name changed. Now it's Porsche Centre Vaughan.
Looks like many newer staff over the last few years.
If you want a pleasant buying/service experience, deal with a marque that needs your business. That's not porsche, at least not now
I had my macan serviced today at downtown Porsche and the experience was very pleasant, as it has been for the last 10 years, even though I haven’t purchased a car from them in several years (purchased through Pfaff).

or… I’m polite, respectful and non threatening. I find that if you start off an interaction on a positive note, good things will follow.
1) how many people have you seen being threatening or non respectful when getting their porsche serviced? I'm curious because as I've said, my experience at porsche service is very limited
2) assuming you kiss their butts, do you get a better price? :-)

are you serious? I find most people are generally ******** or ignorant and I see rudeness all the time. I hardly kiss ***. I’m servicing a macan, which is a dime a dozen. Not a GT car. I save being an ******* for people who deserve it, like on this forum

I just got home from “delivery” of a GT4. Putting in quotes since I’m keeping the car stored for a couple months with the dealer.
the experience was extremely lovely. Super friendly dealer, chatted about anything and everything for ages. They definitely didn’t need my business. But as a first time Porsche buyer I immediately felt part of the community. I don’t think needing business and being polite or having a good experience are mutually exclusive …
Actually, neighbourhood makes a big difference. Before I retired, I used to bike to work summer and winter. Cycling along the danforth, I used to have a lot of people abuse me. They thought that because they had a car, and I was on a bike, they were better than me and had more rights. When I moved to North Toronto, first Wanless Park and then Lawrence Park, this stopped immediately. I've never had a road rage incidence here. People in this area know that just because you are on a bike, does not mean that you are poor.
People on the poorer end of the scale are more angry
