Some of the services are cabin filter and engine filter. My 12 year old did most of it on the macan.
Cabin filters are @30buck most places and engine filters are 3 screws/side.
$1k/year is not that bad, but really it is just an oil Change.
O/P- you don’t mention the vehicle you are intending on purchasing.
Let’s assume you are getting a carrera and not driving it in the winter. Average distance for a Toronto Carrera would be @10,ooo kms/ season.
You shouldn’t need a brake inspection, cabin and engine filter should be fine too. Iwould question and oil change being needed, though it would qualify by time.
