Very nice Spyder in green with cermamic brakes on this beauty and love the plate. The covered car is an orange Mclaren ... both stunning ... these people love their toys and good for them they have great taste in cars and even better taste in their choice of colours.

Have a super day people - note: I decided to wrap the entire front end of my car - get it back saturday in time for the hibernation period as we expect snow in Toronto next week ! Cheers / Abe

Who buys cars like this with front pad parking?

I showed this pic to my wife. Her comment was, buy a better house first

Wow. Leaving the McLaren under cover outside all winter? That's definitely a Toronto housing market thing...

depending on location, that could be a $3M house.....So, the $500K of cars on the pad means nothing lol.

Bold move leaving those parked outside in the current political climate of whipping up an "eat the rich" mentality.

Insurance premiums must be interesting.

I'm ok with the green... not sure I'd ever rock it myself, but I always appreciate others who make a break from the standard colours.

it certainly takes confidence to have a bright colored car. While I prefer navy or gray I've had two speed yellow P cars.

makes kids and chicks smile

Maybe 2M, but these cars can be vandalized without the perp leaving the sidewalk. I've had cars vandalized when I lived in a similar high density neighbourhood. It's not pleasant and a lot of hassle

Better off paying $500 a month to store both cars and probably save more than that from insurance

In 2002 when we moved into our previous home, previous owner moved a couple of block away. Back then, it was a $1.5M home so likely $4 or $5M today. Single car garage. His NSX and X5 were flatbed stolen on their first night at the home. They left is A4. For this house I would be concerned for those cars to be stolen.

I agree on the "colour in person" thing...just picked up the wifey an R8 in what they call Suzuka Grey but I call "white" 95% of the time...

I'm not laughing at you, just the ridiculousness of the RE mkt in general.
