Service recommendation needed near KW area,ON
2019 Cayenne, got from Oakville, 2 services before in Oakville, really lazy to drive there for another service now (and need to wait a long time)
$700 for only oil change, told by my salesperson and previous invoice. so really wanna know any recommendation/details like price for individual mechanics near KW, thanks! (any recommendation for like furtmair/petersauto/foreignauto/germanauto)
btw, I only drive 2000km since last service, July 2020, is it necessary for a service actually?

I've had good experiences with Mike
I haven't dealt with Uli of Furtmair before, though from what I've heard he's more into older cars. Not that it matters for routine service like an oil change.

Well good news is they've broke ground on the KW Porsche dealer out on Victoria, it will open in the spring. Drove by this past weekend and there's a sign up and a bunch of excavators tearing down the old buildings.

I don’t recall exactly, but the ballpark figure I remember was around $250 for my old Boxster. Keep in mind Porsches tend to have high oil capacities and fairly expensive oils are recommended, so just the oil itself tends to cost around $100.

I would recommend Mike at German Autotech as well.... I haven't had any work done on my Boxster since I got it in 2009, but if there was something I couldn't do myself, I would take it there...
He's worked on my VW's and Audi's in times when I couldn't do it myself, or was in a time crunch. I've found him very reasonable...I've been used him half a dozen times in the past 10yrs... most recently last summer for an AC leak in wife's q7

Really? 10 quarts of M1 0W40 from Walmart/Canadian Tire on sale is like $60. Just changed the oil in my 991.2 GT3. There’s nothing to it. The rest is profit.

+1 on Mike from German Auto tech. He handles anything on my 996 that I can't (or don't want to) do. He also does the same with my BMW. I trust him with the car, and he is very reasonable. Solid guy.
