Default TPMS Question

Hi, Does anyone know of any Canadian supplier for the Porsche TPMS? TPMS Bargains is recommended on the 991 forum, but they only offer free shipping in the states (they seem to have good prices though).

Edit: Updated info on post 7.

I'm assuming you want it for a PORSCHE 911 (991.2 non - turbo) TPMS SENSOR 2017, 2018, 2019 model year with a 433 MHz frequency?

Last year I got some from my tire shop for my track wheels for the Cayman and they were much cheaper than the Porsche OE ones.

If you want I can inquire for you.

I think the cost to ship to Canada is like $30. You could check around and see if they are still cheaper than a place up there even with shipping.

I bought mine from TPMS.com and paid for 2 day air shipping and still was miles cheaper than anything I could find in Canada for my 987.

So after checking with my tire shop the sensors are $60 each and add $10 per sensor if you want aluminium stems which is highly recommended to use especially if you are going to track the car… since the mid 2000s, no Porsche has left the factory without aluminium stems.

Thank-you, this is still the cost, they use USPS Priority Mail International.

Thanks for the info as well, while the price for the TPMS units are similar, they charge $54.65 to ship to Canada, so this makes TPMS Bargain a better buy.

Thanks for going this extra mile to find the pricing. This is actually not bad a bad price considering it's from a local tire shop, you can always just visit them if there are any problems (versus having to ship things back). Me being on the Westcoast, it's just easier for me to order online.

Update:

I e-mailed TPMS Bargains to ask what the difference was between the two listed, this is their response:

"Short answer is they both work and are both Huf(BHSens) brand. The black ones are going to be just like the OE from Porsche dealer minus the Porsche logo. The orange ones are a programmable sensor that fits many cars we program them here for the specific car.

You would install them the same and the relearn is the same, no difference. Some people just have to have OE equivalent TPMS."

Bonus:
I just ordered and used this code "5%off" at
www.tpmsbargains.com for a discount, a shoutout to @goin2drt for the code!

Shipping to Canada is $30 via USPS Priority Mail International.
