Sell the Elise lol...problem solved.
A local Toronto Dealer offered me $110k for my 09 cab ...only 32K but still yours is a 997.2. I would assume you will get about the same if not more.

If you sell the easiest to sell cars instead of the harder ones first, you’ll be left with the cars that no body else wants.
You will be able to sell that turbo whenever you want for a hefty price. I’d put all my efforts into selling the Elise.

Don't sell neither unless you really have to!
You have two spectacular pieces of machinery that both excel second to a very few, if at all, in its own distinct corners of driving experience excellence.
If one, sadly, needs to go, let the Elise part ways with you.
