Machine shop in BC
#3
Turn 3 / Scan / Weissach and all the usual suspects often send their engines to Hayward Performance in Maple Ridge - http://haywardperformance.com/
Alternatively, you can try Alec's Machine Shop, which has been around longer than I have been alive. https://alecsautomotive.com/
Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with either shops and have never used them but have only ever heard of good outcomes from both shops.

This is a few days old so you may have already found something, but i'll chime in anyways.
My only real advice here (as someone with a rebuilt m97 with steel sleeves) is to avoid steel or iron sleeves. Do it right and get aluminum sleeves, they are better in almost every way and don't end up being a ton more expensive.
As far as where to get AL sleeves there's a few options - Alpine autowerks in Calgary (they use the hartech sleeves/ rebuild system), and LN engineering in the states.
If you want to stay local maybe inquire at mongoose machine to see if they've plated cylinders for porsches. Maybe could get custom ones made.
