Default New order allocations?

I know I can pick up the phone and start calling people but curious if anyone knows if there is any wait to order a new 992 S or 4S? I know there are many games played for the GT cars but what about a non-GT car? Can I walk in tomorrow and order or is it some big power play like trying to order a GT3?

Cheers

From what Anthony at PCO said at the PCA UCR social...sounds like you may not get a buildable sports car until 2022 MY so late summer and later.

That and I think genuine lower production rates.

There are some used 992 around if you need something now.

I have been browsing but there are just not that many manuals available anywhere in Canada. Seems to be 95% pdk

AFAIK, Porsche Canada is having difficulty getting cars as China is pulling demand and paying more

Also a lot of Macans and the like are going to China used, such is the demand, so of course Porsche corporate does not need to competition there from imports so will change the balance of cars going to China versus Canada.

992 C2S or C4S prices are insane right now. May as well pick up a 991.1 GT3 or 991.2 GTS for similar range in price.

You can spec a decent S for about 150k or add 40k in options and make it 170k. If you come across a gt3 or gts in those ranges in a manual pls let me know! I certainly haven't seen any

PS. Downtown Porsche says that 2021 allocations are sold out (mostly) but they are looking at MY2022 allocations for Aug/Sept delivery
