The London C2 was purchased by a Pfaff employee from a fellow that I know at least 6 or 8 years ago for about $60k if I recall correctly. It was immediately offered ‘on Consignment’ at Pfaff Woodbridge for $89k. It has been advertised pretty much every year since, but this is the first time offered at London.

I think the silly prices are hear to stay. There were not that many of these cars made in the first place, and at close to 25 years old the number of good examples left are far and few between.
I looked at a lot of 993s in the search for mine. Many of those cars were in rough shape in and out.... not looking anything like the cars we all share pics of on the rennlist forum. I specifically did not want a 95, but ended up with one because of its good condition. My two year search had educated me on the market and I knew finding another car in nice condition with low miles would be difficult.
The cars that *are* in good condition in and out have been cared for and sorted, and sorting out these cars is not cheap. Guys with good, sorted examples know what they have (because they are enthusiasts) and are not in a hurry to lose money on a sale. Low mileage cars even more so.
Porsche does not have plans to bring the 993 back into production. I don’t see hundreds of these cars being shipped over from Europe or anywhere else in the world. Interest in these cars does not seem to be going away.
My thought is anyone who really wants one should consider buying it sooner rather than later.
