The 718's have arrived!! Here are some shots of some Spyders and GT4's that have come through THE REFINERY in the past several weeks. We just love the look and sound of these special machines!
For anyone wondering what "typical" surface protection plans look like for these cars, here are a couple of our observations:
- Most 718's have required very little paint correction. We found mostly small clusters of marring/scuffing on the bumpers and rear hatch edges. Easily repairable.
- Almost all received full front-end PPF coverage, with some opting for full-car PPF protection.
- The rockers and bumper edge behind the rear wheels of the 718's are VERY prone to stone damage. Even the cars with <200km had some stone damage near the air scoops and behind the rear wheels.
- All were finished with ceramic coating for the most durable, longest lasting "last step" protection

Yes, we've had a couple of mint M3's come through recently. The black (ie blue) one is currently on Autotrader I think, and the silver one is coming to BAT soon...

Ha! Tough to justify another P-car but the wife would probably be on board with an E46 M3 since she really liked her E46 325CI that we sold last year (and I can sell her on the back seats as being somewhat usable).
