Default Stone chip repair

I picked up a stone chip on my windshield today. The shape of a Chrysler symbol (5 lines only, no large pit in centre) about the diameter of a dime.

Has anyone had success having a chip repaired? I really don't want to replace the entire windshield.

Looking for a shop north of GTA.

Thanks

Hasn't anyone seen this done?

I saw a small pit repaired by Porsche North, you couldn't even see it afterwords (it wasn't inexpensive) but never saw results with lines.

Take it to speedy glass. they will say whether or not if it's fixable.
I have had good success with them myself.

I believe Porsche Centre North Toronto sources their bodywork services to Excellence Auto Collision as they are an authorized Porsche repair facility, but I may be wrong. I don't know if they have an in-house glass specialist or not. Hoping someone else more knowledgeable will chime in.

If you have lines that are spreading out from the point of impact than most likely it is not reparable.
As long as the damage is a pit only left after the impact it is reparable and you wont be able to see the difference.
Call Shield Auto Glass in Scarborough, Lisa and hear team are worth giving them a try.
