Default Pure Breed Factory, Quebec

Anyone familiar with this company? I'm considering purchasing a car from them. They appear to be on the up and up but want to be sure. There are located in Boucherville, Quebec. I searched here and didn't find anything.

Never heard of them until now.

I'll see if other Porsche guys in the Montreal area know about them.

Just a quick update on this company...

Asked some friends in the Porsche world in the Montreal area and some have said that they never heard of them.

Also something strange that came up on another Porsche forum when I inquired about them is that the address given on their web site corresponds to someone else's business address who says they are a client of his and doesn't know why his address is the one referred to on Pure Breed's web site... He is now looking into it. I have asked that person to let us know if indeed Pure Breed is a Porsche specialist and hopefully he will respond to that question today seeing that Pure Breed is one of his customers.

Final update...

I'm not sure after getting some info if I would deal with these guys.

They are not located at that address and the remainder of the info I got seems to be sketchy at best... A person might be in charge of some projects, the mechanical work done in one shop while the body work done by another shop, you get the idea... proceed with caution.

Following what Jet Jockey found,
I had a look in google maps at the address they show on their contact page, the address does not exists as 41468, it's really 1468 Rue Graham Bell. And that gives us Pro Spray Carossier. Their web site The Google street view shows a few Porsches (944 and 996) sitting by the curb.
Side note, their website is a mess. Their "blog" is unrelated to the car business!
Pure breed factory is not a quebec registered company, but Pro Spay is. Exists since 2013 and owned by only one person.

Thanks everyone, appreciated. The "owners" name is Alex Sherwin anyone hear of him? As was posted, he appears to do paintwork at his shop and subs the mechanicals out.

And basically the name came from a motorcycle shop that closed. The new Pure Breed is not a Porsche specialist, they sub contract their work... they are more like a shop that sale restored cars.

The owner of Pro-spray Boucherville listed with the Quebec registrar is not named Sherwin. I wonder if they’re even open right now.

If it doesn't smell right , stay away ...
Just the fact that nobody in the Montreal area knows of this place is not a good sign.

As for a PPI , Andrew at WeTune /AGM ( 514 ) 633-1497 knows Porsches inside out , so that would be a good choice !
Although , if the car checks out and the price is right, why not ?

Cheers
Phil

Never heard of them. Call and ask for customer references. Also ask for the name of their Porsche mechanic. Post it here.
WeTune 100% for PPI.

Most places would tell you to blow if you asked them this. Really, the mechanic's name?

Not many talented old Porsche mechanics here. It’s a small world.

Damn that green back date and black 993 is so nice i have seen it at my mechanics before.
Best thing to do is just do a ppi before buying.
