Seeing the city of Toronto has cancelled all events until June 30, I'm thinking the Honda Indy and Mobil 1 race at Mosport will be cancelled or re-scheduled.
What say you?

I haven't seen anything official yet but trend to think the will be cancelled. I renewed my Indy tickets long ago, I wonder what will happen if cancelled

Same here and it was going to be my first F1... got a great deal on the hotel too, but it looks like it's all but canceled at this point especially with Toronto declaring a shutdown likely to persist into the end of June..

I guess we wait and see. I’ll be checking cancellation policies of hotels, flights, etc. just in case I think.

I am sorry this is just the start of the shutdown. Likely to persist well past the end of June. Some limited restaurants might return to part capacity, but large-scale events will be the last back at the supper table.

I agree it will be a while, potentially until a vaccine, until we return to large scale international events. It's not unrealistic for us to return to a semblance of day to day normality (ie. going out to eat, beer on a patio, going to the movies) by the summer if there is stricter social distancing enforcement.

i have a funny feeling some draconian measure is coming, to have us all indoors. It i the only weapon they have today to fight this..
If they shoot anybody out at night I have a German friend who says he and his German buddies are very good at that so they want to help, they say its in their DNA .

Going out on a limb and saying we're looking at August maybe even September before this is even anywhere close to stabilizing.
Cue the cancellation of 2020.
Bet Barbara Walters had no idea what she was saying so many years ago would be so poignant.

If you booked anything for the Montreal for the GP, I would cancel and get a full refund before those companies/organizations go out of business.
