Just a quick comment around this upgrade - Very easy to install, and the feel is significantly improved. Make sure you have the Green alignment tool (ordered from porsche for $6.00, and that makes this as easy as can be!

Install time - 1hr or so.
difficulty - Low (hardest piece is removing the shift ****).
