Good price indeed. I wonder why its on clearance as opposed to regular sale, I hope they are not going to stop carrying it...

Item 289455 is a bigger jug: 4.73L and it will be on sale for $25.74 from Sept 6th. Even better deal than the one on clearance

I wonder why it is 4.73 Liters? I was thinking US uses quarts which is slightly smaller but Mobil one is different in Canada and US. I wouldn't think they are just using the bottles from the US with different oil? that does not make sense. anybody know why? also what was the smaller size 4.5 Liters?

The old, smaller size jug is 4.4L. I guess ExxonMobil wants to seem like they are giving us more oil for the money as the 4.73 jug looks significantly bigger while in reality contains only 330ml more oil.
