Hello. I am selling my 1996 Porsche 993 C4S. It’s a four owner Canadian car purchased in Ottawa in 2015. The car is located in Newmarket, Ontario. I’ve owned the car for three years and the only reason I’m selling it is because of house renovations so the car and motorcycle have to go. Since I’ve owned it I haven’t had any problems and everyone who’s taken a ride comments on how well it drives. It shifts extremely smooth and is a blast to drive. It’s my dream car but for me it’s time to move on and I’m confident who ever owns it next will be very happy. The car has had body work done to the rear right side and shows two incidence reports on Carproof regarding the work.
The car is fully stock and hasn’t had any modifications or after market parts to my best knowledge. The exterior is in great shape and doesn’t have any scrapes or dents. It’s been an occasional weekend driver for me and has been garage kept every winter. The most notable work that I’ve had done is body work for a scratch on the front bumper, a new battery, the speedometer repaired and the alternator belt replaced. The tires and spark plugs were replaced by the original owner right before I purchased the car.
The only things that aren’t perfect are minor things that didn’t bother me so I never had them done. The radio has a lot of static. The front passenger seat back rest is not fully attached. The straps will need to be stitched back on but the seat leather is in good condition. (see picture). Other than that the seats are in good over all condition for the kilometers on the car.

edit: updated the ad to four owner as that's what carproof is reporting. I bought it off of the original owner and I have service records going back to 2006 with his name on it. Carproof has 'new owner listed' and it says I'm the 4th owner.
edit: the car is in KM on the odometer and shows almost 180km
