I would never buy a used GT car, specially now these new owners are driving them all weather and I really do wonder how they can be worth the same value or more than msrp then when new. Seems the Gt3's have the most appreciation where GT2 take a downward spiral for at least 15 years. If you can get a new allocation your sitting on gold, drive and sell for more then what you paid. Not a bad deal but obviously only going to be had be some.
Bought an ostensibly 'new' 996 GT3 when the first GT4 came out. I would have gone for a proper (stripped) GT4 at MSRP, it was close - but adding manufacturer/dealer collusion and an extra tax, it was/is robbery.
