On web today. Not meeting new Euro particulate standards that come into effect September 1. No official statement.

Appears that you can buy anything already in the dealers but not configure a new car on the web st this stage.

I know someone that just ordered a Macan GTS yesterday for Sept delivery here - so your saying this is Germany only issue?

Presumably it's a Euro issue, since it's a Euro standard.

Official response up now.

https://newsroom.porsche.com/en/comp...ope-15574.html

Some interesting info in there. I wonder if cars to North America will have a particle filter as well. I hope not. Sounds like they are not officially releasing car orders until they have the test results for fuel, emissions, and power. If they drop 10hp with the new filters after they sell/market the car, there will be problems.

"For all new model launches that fall within the transition phase, all of the initial model variations available with a petrol engine will be fitted with a gasoline particulate filter from the outset. The market introduction of individual derivatives will take place step-by-step, as with a new launch.

Consumption data taking individual vehicle equipment into account

There are a number of challenges which have contributed to the delay: In accordance with the new legislation, vehicle manufacturers will in future have to specify individual consumption data, taking into account the individual vehicle equipment. Calculating this consumption data requires a wide variety of measurements."
