Bought new. Plus the two oil lines and every gasket, nut, etc that I'll need. Or more precisely, what the shop that's going to do the work will need.

The wrench usally comes with them. I bought a set last winter for my 3.2. The fit on them is horrible. Be prepared for that. You might even have to cut a bit on this part on the flange. Frankly.. the process is really simple. But time consuming because of the mucking around. It sounds like you are mechinacly inclined, I'd just go for it. You'l end up paying a shop really just to **** around with fit on the new ssi and spray/ heat up bolts. Don' t rush it and just try it. Btw mine were done on Jack stands.

Hopefully the thin flange units for my car will be less annoying to fit than the thick flange version for your 3.2. Time will tell.
