Thanks for the comments and interest guys. I had an offer of $104,000 this morning from a wholesaler. While I really appreciate it the price is absolutely firm at $108,500. I know it will sell for at least that in the Spring and I am not desperate for the money, so really no need for me to take less. Thanks for understanding...
