I am considering buying a classic 1973 Porsche from a dealer in Tokyo. Does anyone know of a trustworthy place where I can get a PPI done?

Some background: I live in HK but spend a lot of time in Europe - where I already have a 1970 2.2E. So it's not my first Porsche and I know how important an accurate assessment of a car is before buying.

As I don't speak Japanese PPI results will have to come in English.

dealer must have owner's name (which he may or may not not release) & possession of last "shak-ken" (full gov't inspection) which for sure he should scan & send you on the car which if you can get to me i can arrange translation....which will provide name of last service facility where shop was inspected (likely serviced).

Thanks raspberryroadster - at the mentioning of a PPI the seller turned silent ..... and naught was heard from him ever mo'. I guess the car wasn't as good as he made it out to be.
