Hi David

If you don't mind me asking, what exactly is transpiring? Was unable to PM you.

Hi George,

You can read more details on the 964 board, https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...ferrerid=30058

Also I notice this is your first Post, so I hope you don't mind me asking if you work for Prestige Motor Auctions, or are in any way associated with them?

Hi David

In answer to your question, no, I don't work for Pretige Motor Auctions and am not affiliated with them.
Good luck in your endeavors!

Regards

George

Smile UPDATE

Great News. I finally reached a settlement with the Motor Car Traders Guarantee fund. They have paid me the maximum they are allowed to by law, which is $40,000 AUS. They are going to pursue the directors and they is a small chance I may even get the remainder, but I'm not holding my breath. Its taken 10 months to get the money. Unfortunately few of the other 35 poeple have managed to get anything back.

The matter was even discussed in State Parliment...

Lesson is that you can never do good business with bad people.

Thanks for all your messages of support over the last 10 months.

David P
