Doug, I've dreamed of parity for the 30 years I've been following the markets. Certainly worth arbitraging costs at this level but I wouldn't bet in it getting much stronger. Some costs are already good. Last week I bought an IPhone and saved a heap with the GST refund. Unfortunately I can't take tyres as carry on luggage.
