I should have cross-referenced my thread from the General Porsche Discussion to this one. Defendants have been named in the attached Complaint (alleging egregious conduct including forgery and fraud) and the referral to the FBI - our leasing company has alleged fraud, theft, and breach of contract - along with negligence and negligent entrustment by the shipping company. Also been advised that one of the subjects (AA), while in the US, got her consulate into a legal bind and then claimed diplomatic immunity. Keep the information coming.

Not sure about the authenticity of this letter (looks off on many ways) and the Court has not ruled on it but why would one need diplomatic immunity if one didn't do anything wrong. Also some incorrect legal analysis about her dependents having immunity per the Department of State.
