Hi, I have on order 992 turbo S, gulf region spec. I was wondering is the wireless apple CarPlay enabled in the meddle east?

 

yes it work normally..

 

as far as I have seen, middle east cars don't come with wifi enabled. We need to enable it through piwis 3, I will try it with a local indy shop that has piwis 3.

 

Just an update for this topic, from what I heard from the dealer that Porsche middle east must pay for the region to activate "Porsche connect" for their customers/clients which they don't as it costs a lot, so that's why it's de-activated for us. I still Don't get why is WIFI Disabled. I don't need Porsche connect services, just give me the WIFI enabled.
