Help with this cars value

The car is worth somewhere between $25k and $100k depending on all the small details that are not included. The devil is in the details, especially on hot rods and track cars. For reference, I sold a pretty accurate 993 gt2 clone with a brand new dawe 3.8l monster engine and all the bells and whistles (jtz triples, motorsport gearbox, three sets of wheels, pca and nasa logbooks, with verified competitive lap times at several major tracks, etc, etc, etc). The car is worth about $60k. A real 993 gt2 is worth over $1M.

Thank you all for your insightful feedback. As usual your spot on, not enough information on critical components to pull the trigger. The car Cory referenced is a great example of a well sorted car with full disclosure at what seems like a fair price. The car goes on the block Thursday, Ill be tracking it (no pun intended) to see what it goes for. The owner told me he was in it $75k and hoping for $100k
Thanks again for your input

Three Wheelin'
Very surprised if tops $50K, unless there are a couple hot rod suckers in the room. These GT transplant cars are hard to move in my opinion. Once the darlings of PCA racing, no longer competitive and too far gone to make true blue chip valued street cars.

I just watched it sell, that's more than I would have bid anyway so I don't feel bad. I'm happy for the owner, he seemed like a good guy and was scared to death he wasn't going to get the $75K he needed at a minimum to break even. Good for him
