Hi Mark,

Arena Models from Italy made the Porsche model and were generous in sending me one. I appreciate having it, because the real one is long gone!

I'm not sure why they chose our '77 Sebring car, buy glad they did. Of course, the model shows how the car looked before the race. After we had driven the thing for 12hrs, some fenders were torn off, driver's door bent, back bumper was gone and the roof caved in after we thought it would be a good idea to climb up with the winner's trophy. Arena should make a model of that wreck!

Bob is one of the best...and you want to friend him on FB just to follow some of the goofy conversations he has with his kids (and wife...who IMO is a SAINT!!).

I got to know Bob years ago when he did a photo shoot and article of our disastrous trip to Targa Newfoundland. Great guy...and obviously has a great eye...which is why he's also one of the Porsche factory photographers as well as for the Flying Lizards team
