Default MSD CD System & Rev Limiter/Coil

Anyone have any experience with upgrading to the MSD CD System and Rev limiter on a 911 SC track car? Any HP or performance gain?

Hi Doug:

MSD's on CIS cars do not generate big performance gains, in short; they do not grow horns,...

The main benefit of the MSD system is that it permits the wide plug gaps (.040-.050) that DO make more HP. OEM ignitions, while good reliable products, simply cannot fire and sustain wide plug gaps.

If you wish to install an MSD-6AL and matching High-Vibration Blaster coil, please feel free to e-mail me directly and I'll happy to send you instructions on how to do that.
