Paul, Nice driving. Here is some video of a 968 with 235RWHP that weights 2900lb w/driver running Hankook Z's. These times a few sec faster. The diff to me is hitting the Apex's and carrying more momentum. Watch the vids side by side. I still have much to learn so am not looking for feedback, on this tread, but hopefully this will allow you to learn something for free

Gary, hopefully you can do 1:33s at Tbolt next week in the SPB.......

This is the car with the SP3 record. Notice anything odd?
01:30.614 was my best from last yrs club race, but it did not make it to rennpoints, for some reason.

Looking forward to Tbolt CR, and I need to find another .5

I can't reconcile 1:29.xx on Bridgestone streets with 1:33.xx on Hankook Z's (Hoosiers equivalents). Something here is way off.

1:29.xx on street tires in any car is pretty damn quick. This doesn't jibe with the same car & driver doing 1:33.xx on smth similar to Hoosiers.

Thanks for all the feedback guys!! I did end up going with the professional coach (Scott Leder) for 2 days and it was amazing. To everyone's feedback we did dial it back a bit and worked on the basics. Smooth inputs, No PSM input from the car, not upsetting the platform, eyes in the right place up and ahead, constant feedback and consistency. The speed will come but it resulted in consistent 1:33's (within .1 to .01 seconds per lap without traffic.)
This is a quick excerpt but the difference to my last vid is easily visible after some time with Scott. Vision is greatly improved, throttle and brake inputs are much softer, lines are much better and I am much more consistent.
BTW, egg on my face and need to fess up but it turns out the 1:29.83 was not accurate, you guys were right... When I looked at the distance traveled going through my data it only covered .3 miles so I am not sure if it just timed me driving around the paddock or something It was one of those individual laps, not in my sequence So you guys who doubted it were right to do so lol. My quickest actual GPS lap in the AiM when we analyzed my lap times together was a 1:32.1... Best time yesterday was a 1:33:1 but as you guys said and were correct, the times are far less important than getting the basics right...
