Sounds like a cool day. Is this run like a typical DE regarding run groups? Open passing in upper groups? Thinking about signing up but want to avoid sharing the track with big disparities in hp and skill.

Yes, this will be run like most DE events. Run groups are split up by Novice, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. All passing - even in Advanced - will be via point-by only. The number one priority for this event is safety and mutual respect for all of the vehicles involved.

Novice and Beginner drivers will have mandatory in-car instruction for the duration of the event. Intermediate drivers will have the opportunity to be signed off. Advanced drivers will have instruction available upon request, but will not be required to carry an instructor.
