It must be very expensive to own a racetrack in the U.S. due to the insurance costs. It's not only the spectators lawsuits but the racers lawsuits.

The title of this thread is simply not true. Things like this happen annually, per region, throughout the entire year in the US. If someone wanted to run a Porsche in the 2WD class, I'm sure they could.
