Hankook C51 Source?

I spoke with Tire Rack last week and they said the same thing. The problem is it is usually 4-5 weeks after they receive the ship date as to when the tires are in stock. So I am not hopeful for April.

I agree ^^. Love the longevity of the tire, but supply stinks. Started using them some two years ago and the problem continues. But I have similar problems at tiimes with TG. My best assembler is also the slowest on the planet and not many out there than can do what I need them to do. So, I continue to work with them to keep the quality that I need. Been to 10+ assemblers and they can't do the job that these guys do.

Mind boggling how this global company does not seem to learn from previous years' experience in supplying their race tires on time for the Consistent increase in demand come spring.

I'd never get these tires ...
...again. On my 3,200 Lb 993, we were down to the cords in under one (1) day...by the end of the 3rd run session. I have gone back to Nitto NT-01...sure, they are not as sticky as the Z 214 tire, but they last, and last and last...for at least 20 heat cycles they are pretty competitive. I wear out the rears...the fronts seem to last forever. In 17" for a 993, 225 front, 275 rear, under $1,000 for a set.

^^ Agreed, and have only corded them when trying hard. Usually I can get close to 20 heat cycles, if well rotated. But I would encourage skeptics to stick with Hoosiers or something else. More for me
