I posted in Vehicle Market Place. I hope this finds a good home. I have really enjoyed the car and taken care of it!! I will still do Drivers Education in another car, and I am taking a break from Club Racing for now. It has been a blast and Stock H is a great group of guys and one girl I think!!

This is a really good car. I have known Alex for 9 years and he takes meticulous care of his cars and is a straight shooter so there won't be any stories. This car never had deferred maintenance and whatever the car needed, it got. Always serviced and checked over before and after track events. Lutzo at LMN is a pro and knows how to setup and maintain a 996 that is being tracked since he did it in Grand Am Cup/Koni Challenge (now Continental Tire Sports Car). He's one of the good guys.

I'd buy this car myself but would have to sell my 964 to do so and I am not ready to do that. Whoever purchases this car will be very happy with it.

I am sorry to see Alex sell this great car and move away from PCA Club Racing, but I understand. When ever I have been with Alex at the track, the car has run flawlessly and who ever buys this car will get a very well prepared and maintained track car. In my opinion there is no better prepared 996 for sale today..it is only missing air jacks that I have on my 964

There is one small problem with this car...One tank of fuel is only good for 84 minutes of an 85 + 5= 90 minute enduro. Alex assured me that we did not need to add fuel during our 5 minute stop/driver change at VIR and eventually I had to coast down "Roller Coaster & Hog Pen" to finish the race out of fuel..but we had fun and came in second in "H" class

Appreciate the kind words. Hard to believe this has been my track car for 10 years. It has only ABS. No other driver assist devices.

Working with a possible buyer who asked for more pics. I opened the trailer in my driveway to take these pics. You will see trailer inside vehicle inside including Moton 3 ways, Traqmate and Bullitt Cam, Fire Suppression, Motorola Radios with Case, Cool Suit Cooler (New one year ago) spares in my basement front and rear lights, two Taco Wings, other spares including full passenger door from another car, stock shocks. Original dog bones and all old coolant hoses (All Coolant Hoses with SS Clamps replaced two years ago!!) included but forgot to take pictures of those.

Took the car out of the trailer and removed my Nationwide Logos. Waxed and ready to go for the PCA Zone 2 DE in March at VIR. I will also be at the FSR DE event at Dominion Raceway in April on Sunday only. Still for sale but who knows maybe I'll keep it.
