Hi,

I am going to be in Miami from 15-24 January and have been looking for some track driving options. There is an event at PBRW on 23 Jan and Performance Driving Group rent Corvettes. I have been tracking and racing for 13 years and currently run a 991RS. Will this event be interesting for someone with a lot of track experience?

Typical DE Event. Usually 3 run classes/levels. Run top class and liberal passing. PBIR a good track, not great. Long back straight, w speeds of 140 plus in high end street cars. High neg camber track because lots of turns for a relatively short track. Henry , the owner of PDG is a racer and runs a good event.

There i also I believe a PDG event at Homestead at the end of the month. Most consider Homestead a better track and it has two run options, one with Nascar banking, the advanced group, and one with no banking, the club course.

While I think the PDG events are good, I cannot recommend that you rent their Corvette(s).

I recommend contacting David Tuaty at TLM Racing for a good rental.
