Default Driving Circuit de Barcelona - Catalunya

I'll be in Barcelona until start of March and would like to drive the Barcelona F1 track for a day or two. There are a couple of open track days, couple of Racing Test days, and a couple of "GT Experience" days on their calendar during that period:

https://www.circuitcat.com/en/calendario/index.php

The GT Experience is an option (Boxster, Ferrari, Lambo) but offers a very limited amount of laps so wanted to explore renting a track/race car for the open track or the Racing Test days. Anyone here has any references or suggestions on teams/shops offering car rentals there?

Also, what other tracks in the area (few hours away) should I check out?

All the best in the New Year everyone!

If you're running around town, head on up to Montjuic and figure out the insanity that was the street circuit where they ran the Spanish GP--special mention for the '75 event. Yay for modern racing circuits.

Default Best place to have dinner!

I don't recall much about Circuit Barcelona...it's been 15 years, but I do remember a dinner with Jurgen Barth at "El Trabuc", not far from the track. It was one of the best dinners I have ever eaten. We ordered grilled steaks and plenty of wine. Be sure and have dinner there!
