Just figured you pulled in next lap to change your shorts

So, how'd the rest of the race go?

Thanks for asking
First 4 laps under double yellow then clean restart. I did not come in until about the 45 min mark for mandatory 5 min stop in a 60 min enduro. At that point I was P1 in class and P2 overall.
I finished P2 in class despite having a 40 second lead when I came in. Huh? Everyone had to do the same 5m pit stop so how did that happen. The answer: the winning Cup car had fast co-drover in the second half of the race. Much faster. 2-3 secs a lap faster. Bryan Sellers. Winner of the last 2 out 3 Petit Lemans in GT Pro.
I (literally) did not see that coming. He overtook me in the pits. I never saw him, finishing 15 secs behind.

Was there too, sorry didnt get to meet you. Was there in the canon livery cayman.

That crash was crazy and a bad judgement call on his part.

I am trying to get a copy of my buddy's video where the same car in sprint race 1 tried to dive bomb me in 5 and spun on the curb, missed me by inches. Watched it all in my mirror.

So epic. It's like a top was spinning across the track. Lady Luck cut you a break.

They are fast. The top guy was did a 1:25 and the slower ones low 1:30's. Sellers did a 1:30 or 1:31 I think. My best was 1:32:7

If you are going to Winterfest I'll look for you and say hello.

Fast guy in the Radicals was none other than Chris Hall. Good story about Bryan. Stand up guy and great driver.

Someone needs to counsel that "spinning top" Radical driver that GT cars can do massive damage to their car and them if they insist on putting themselves in harms way... Craig at Sebring and Brian at Road Atlanta are two guys that got run over, breaking bones or worse, when their sports racers were involved in serious incidents with GT cars.

I run my sports racer with GT cars, too, but I am MUCH more careful and am fully aware of the consequences of a misjudgment on both our parts.

Glad it worked out, it might well not have...
