Obutto, Playseat or one of Bob Earl's Virtual Racing Chassis for the seat and frame.
For the wheel, I tossed "reasonable" out the window and use a Fanatec CSW Base and XBOX wheel with Club Sport V3 pedals. About $1250
For a reasonable wheel, I would recommend the new Logitech G920, about $400. A good wheel makes it all worthwhile!

Don't waste your money on the $100 thrustmaster Italia wheel. It is awful.
There is a huge spectrum of products out there and everyone's "reasonable" is different.
Thrustmaster makes a nice modular system that you can build over time or buy all at once. I have the TX base/wheel, with the ungraded GTE wheel, T3PA-Pro pedals and TH8A shifter. It is a great setup with a force feedback wheel and pedals with a nice build quality and feel without destroying your bank account. I use it with Forza 6 and love it. I did splurge and ordered a Carriage Works VRC-1000 cockpit and the build quality is amazing. They are apparently built to order so you have to be patient (very difficult for me). I also bought a buttkicker gamer 2 which transmits low frequency sound into vibration. When mounted to the chair base it makes curbing feel awesome!
