Nice season! Looks like you did a lot of races. Were you successful in terms of results?

I had a terrible season, total of 10 weekends of which 8 were a bust due to mechanical failure or crashes.

Hoping for a better 2016...

That is a lot of racing - good job! My season still has one or two more races depending on the results of Daytona.

Already thinking about next year and this year isn't over yet!

My season ended in August at the Mosport PCA Enduro race ... got hit hard in the rear during Friday practice and blew my engine during the warmup for the 90 minute Enduro !

Oh well ... next year ... time for a rebuild and a refresh

Cheers
Phil

Wow, you don't muck around. That's a hell of a big season! Congratulations.

We have had our car sitting in the shop for most of the year and were running on a smaller, interim motor which was peakier than the last bigger bore engine. We won our State Titles in April and then just finished 4th out of 30 cars in our class at World Time Attack in Sydney last weekend.

Had a great 2015, almost over as I may run HSR Sebring in December.
Did a bunch of PCA races - Sebring, Monticello, Watkins Glen, VIR, NJMP, Road America, Leguna Seca - and one HSR at Road Atlanta.
Raced all four of my race cars. Most weekends got to race two cars.
No 13/13, no crash repairs for a change. Lol.
Tore up a few transmissions...
The highlights were the track record at Watkins Glen in PCA E (and by default F and G) and racing in the PCA Sholar-Friedman Cup at Rennsport Reunion V.

I need to find a job where there's enough time to race like many of those who posted. I was feeling good about 4 race weekends and a few test days. Wow......

That's just it. No job. Investor. You can't make any money if you are at work all day.

A lot of work on the car and lot's of college football games. Was hoping to get the car ready for the PCA race at Cresson but travel schedule (and football games) will most likely shut that down.

2016 will be race in the winter/spring, college football in the fall.

Yup, gotta stop making excuses. Oops, just did it again.

My first year racing: Did Road Atlanta, Glen, Mosport, Road America in "K".

Had tons of fun, but DNF'd Road Atlanta due to breaking two fingers of the clutch throw out bearing, and Glen due to exploded pressure plate. Other two races were uneventful.

Also did 5 or 6 DEs, so a good season. I sorta welcome the break now, but am sad that the season's over.

Didn't race myself this year, but crewed for my son in his Formula Enterprises car. Pretty good season, on podium for every race he ran, including second behind multi national champ in his class at our favorite track Road America in July.
Meet interesting people along the way too!
