Porsche will most likely qualify fastest but.----

The race is 24 hours long............

Ooops , Sorry :-) Wasn't my intent to appear caustic. I guess my years of Audi ownership and following them in endurance racing cause me to have divided loyalties. I really just meant to observe that speed is just one part of the equation needed to win. Peugeot was ALWAYS faster than Audi in qualifying. It is going to be a great race this year. (unless the Nissan surprises us all.)

We all understand that it is a 24 hour race and what goes along with that. However, overall speed is a very important factor since these 24 hour races are now 24 hour sprint races. Porsche needs to prove their cars can last the 24 hours. But, their pace looks good hence my original post.

Nissan would be better off using one of their Nissan-powered LMP2 cars instead of that FWD monstrosity, since those LMP2 cars are faster ...
