I can picture David Hobbs saying, "looks like ole Pastor Maldonado lost it again."

Last year most, if not all, of Maldanado's crashes were his fault.

This year he has already crashed out but it wasn't his fault.

Perhaps by next year he can figure out how not to crash out at all.

I see Kimi taking a job as a talk show host before that happens.

An obviously unarmed guy being held at gunpoint by 6 or 7 cops, makes you wonder.

Dude, you know NOTHING.

I can see, just from the video, 3 or 4 places where he could have easily had a hidden weapon.

VR, I think you are a security trainer or similar, right? What I see is a gross over response, but please explain why it isn't. BTW, I'm pretty conservative in my political views, but this just doesn't look right.

I was a sworn federal agent for many years, and yes have done various training and contracting after that. There were obviously several CHP units pursuing this guy, for reasons unknown (stolen vehicle? drugs? who knows). Their occupants are the responding officers shown. While their stance and weapons deployment is comical (hilarious how the motorcycle trooper eventually loses patience with them and cuffs the guy), history shows that quite often these mutts who run and then crash are armed. I would much rather the po-po over-respond than we hear about dead cops.

His empty hands are in plain view the whole time, he doesn't even try to run away, and he offers no resistance. But then, police are suspicious of everybody anyway.

Tell us how many people you have killed, maimed, or injured in your illustrious federal career.

And please observe that I merely made a comment on the video, you turned into something personal.

You made a comment based on his hands and claimed that therefore he was unarmed, and suggested the police were somehow oppressing him. Pure ignorance as his hands are irrelevant to hiding weapons. And none of that is "personal ".

Whatever dude . Your comments about Danica and women drivers are amusing in their own right.

I'm surprised it tooks so long for the cops to show up:

0:20: Car Stops
0:40: Outstanding citizen gets out of car and thinks about calling AAA.
1:15: Guy starts walking toward cops.
1:25: CHiPs finally shows up.

What was Ponch and Jon doing for 1:05? Downloading the newest Taco Bell app?
