Hope he can bring some of that Ferrari & Spanish passion to the McLaren org, so they aren't so sterile, like they all wear starched undies.
Remember when in the post race interviews they had the drivers wear suit tops with board in the sleeves to show the sponsors. Always thought that made them look ridiculous.

Lol on the board in the shirt thing! That is typical McLaren, very detailed, but in the end probably not necessary and micro managing which can wear on anyone. Don't know how Kimi stayed at McLaren so long with that corporate culture...
