FYI - Robby Gordon has a three (?) part series on his prep for the Dakar rally which is on NBCSN.

The first two parts have aired but they are showing them as reruns. I thought it was pretty interesting to see how they build the car and kit out the support truck.

Running up to the Dakar (which takes place in 2015) CBSSN has the Baja 1000 in which he competes. It recorded yesterday but I think you can catch it again.

I was never into the off road racing stuff until I saw the movie "Dust to Glory" which was really well done.
