Default AiM Solo DL / RS2 Question

Guys,

Which ECU option should I select for a .1 GT3 ('08) in the current version of RS2 for use with a Solo DL? The Solo is connected via CAN. I don't see an obvious option. Thanks for your help!

Peter - that's not one of the options.

Are you looking under Porsche or Bosch as the ECU manufacturer selection?

Peter, I had to pick my car up at the shop and then drive to Sebring so I'm just now seeing your responses here at the hotel. I'm pretty sure we were using Porsche as the ECU manufacturer. I'll plug in first thing in the morning and give it a go. Thank you. Have a great weekend.

Peter, sure enough the 997_GT3 is first option when I picked Bosch as as the ECU manufacturer. I hit transmit though and got an error saying the serial number of what I believe to be the camera was missing. The serial number field was blank but it wouldn't let type anything into that field. I'm headed out of town but will be back and have the car back here on the 22nd. I'll hook it all up then and send you a screen shot so you can see exactly what I'm seeing. Thanks for all of your help!

Wow! That's very, very unusual. I've sold dozens of these setups to 997.1 drivers without this issue. All I can say is shoot me a bunch of screenshots, disconnect the camera and/or rebuild the configuration on the latest version of Race Studio 2 (2.54.02) and transmit.

Sorry you're having trouble but glad to help out.

Were you at the CHIN event? I was there Sunday and would have looked at the setup if I had known. Where are you in Florida (actually, where is the car). If it is close I'd be happy to check it. I'm just south of Satasota

Jerry, yes I was. Were you driving the car in your avatar? we left for a short ski vacation on the 17th so I'm just seeing your post now. I do most of the Sebring Chin events. I'll be at HMS with Chin on 1/3 - 4. Also at DMTD at Sebring on 1/26 - 27. I live in Southeast Florida so I'm pretty far from you but would love to meet you at an event some time.
