I am losing interest... Even the Schumacher dominance years still had some degree of competition... You could still see a race between Mika and Schumi among others...

Something needs to be done to turn F1 back into a fast car RACE. F1 should not be a fast car preservation and a "look at how much energy we conserved" show.

You want to conserve fuel?? Stop flying the whole freaking F1 circus around the f#%$^#ing globe and keep them all in Europe... transport everything by driving trucks only. Whoever thought a fuel conservation rule belongs in F1 should be <fill in the blank please>!!

grumble grumble I am an old man...

Perhaps the most boring qualifying session those fart-buckets have produced all season.

Really, I though Rosberg coming out and killing Hammy in a couple flying laps was pretty dramatic.

The superbeetle race was excellent IMO.

Great lap by Ricci getting solidly into the 2nd fastest group. Will only be parts failure that beats Rosberg tomorrow.

Ugh. Hate that it wasn't broadcast here.

Chris, it's on regular NBC at 3pm EST (Xfinity/Comcast). F1 Countdown preceding at 2:30.

Red Bull's posting 18mph trap speed deficit. Guess it doesn't give you wings after all....

Wow, that's a big difference. Still, there are a lot of corners... I'm curious to see how Ricciardo does, since I'm sure one of either Massa or Bottas will drop a bunch of places. Pity about Jenson's gearbox penalty. He was my choice today, but definitely a long shot.

Is it just me or did Perez channel his fellow Mexican drivers of the US Southwest on the first lap?

Borefest race so far. Cars sounds like crap. Hopefully 2 more manufacturor's said screw this fuel flow and going turbo and go back to v8. If I was going for the moon hell let's go for v12 engines. Mike

From what I was able to see in the broadcast, looked like a good race. There were several really good battles going on and strategy played a big role towards the end. Do not want to say more as it might still be a spoiler. Hope they sound better in person than on TV.

Hammy is on a roll. Rosberg choked again. Would've been nice to see massa on the podium.

The vacuum cleaners still sound like vacuum cleaners.

Just back from the races... BIG crowd but traffic control was pretty impressive. Best race was the Porsche Supercup. The Ferrari Challenge was embarassing- about 1/2 lap of green for the whole race.

Driver's parade: Vettel was DRIVING his ride, a Cobra (prob a replica but who cares)!! Many were waving, several could care less...

First few laps good, Hammy's pass on Nico impressive, but we were going for Nico...

Very impressed with COTA- very clean, reminded us of how they run Disneyland etc.

Now a LONG drive home...
