Get your minds out of the gutter and check this out. Can't recall seeing someone with so much talent AND ballsy (excuse irony) racecraft at such a young age. You can bet she's a girl against men in this race too. Watch to the end.
Very impressive!

True Dat ,
They prefer to get them much younger, this way they can initiate their programming , at 19 she will be a self thinker and most likely a problem for the establishment...

Raw talent versus experience. I worry about the push to go younger and younger. Sure some of these kids are crazy talented but do they all have the emotional maturity to compete at the highest levels of motorsports? Even after years of karting?
Time will tell. Curious to see how Max Verstappen does in F1 next year.

They all start very young, then after being carefully selected they are fully sponsored and honed thru the lower classes all the way to F1, only those with the right sponsorship makes it, nothing to do with speed, hence Vettel, as a most recent eg.

I'm not sure what she's driving? I'd like to know myself. It's in Holland and they have a few different cars that we don't see. It definitely seems a bit smaller hence the good turn in. I checked her Facebook page and she's now 19 and driving what look to be F3. Not winning as much as I'd imagined. Tough school for sure.

I was a classically trained musician for most of my life, and have to say that driving a race car is more like playing music than any sport.
It takes intelligence, precision, discipline, concentration, physical conditioning (as opposed to strength) and of course a world-class instrument.
And practice, practice, practice.
There is no reason other than social convention that a woman cannot be a first tier racer.
