I had the simple WINK style mirror; decent, but had it's limitations - mainly in that it was quite directional; moving the seat around, I'd have blind spots I wouldn't know about until I got out on track and couldn't see! Oy!

Then I tried the convex type that RPW and Pegasus sell; not happy, and vibrated loose in the middle of a race from the rollbar mounts - NOT HAPPY!!!

Finally tried using a cheap convex type that strapped on the stock rearview - like about $5-10 from Kmart. Best so far, doesn't come loose, and the least yet for blind spots.

Thanks.....I too did not like the pegasus mirror....I am looking into a stock car racing mirror that has mounts attached to the mirror back...convex.

I will keep the results posted.

Look at www.longacreracing.com under their online catalog, then accessories.
